RED MOON
charms, vulvas and other taboos
Free face-to-face laboratories developed within the framework of the "Sectoral Call for the promotion of Art, Culture and District Heritage: Active Territories" within the framework of the 2021 District Stimulus Program.
Red Moon: Enchantments, vulvas and other taboos is proposed as a space for re-discovery, where bonds of trust and vindication of identity becomings are built through reconciliation and dignity of our bodies and our cycles, expanding networks of trust. and mutual care between women and other identities that inhabit menstruating bodies.
The possibility of building spaces for creation and dialogue around menstruation from sensitive encounters, mediated by poetry, embroidery, the recognition of the other, from song, movement, herbal medicine, among others, will bring us closer to recognizing in the look, the feeling and the history of the other, the creative power that is woven collectively, from the bowels of the women's gatherings.
Together we will create a living and responsive archive
